Have been switching between the near infrared setting and red light setting every other day. Very happy with result and very much so recommend

GLOWING!! gave it a couple months before reviewing but have to say now so happy with results. Skin feeling more plump, lines I noticed have faded ever so slightly and my skin tone is looking fab. Only used 15 minutes every couple days and noticed the difference after 3 weeks or so
